Hey there! I’m Anushree—a Product UX Designer and Researcher with 2+ years of experience who thrives at the intersection of creativity, functionality, and data.
My journey into UX
My journey into design wasn’t a straight line. I started with an Architectural Design degree from Pune University, fascinated by how spaces shape human experiences. But as the world shifted more towards digital interactions, so did my curiosity. I pursued a Master’s in Human-Computer Interaction at San Jose State University, diving deep into how technology can be intuitive, inclusive, and, most importantly, human.
My design approach
For me, design is about creating seamless, intuitive experiences that solve real problems. I start by understanding users—diving into their behaviors, frustrations, and needs through research and testing. Data plays a key role in my process, helping me refine interactions and build solutions that feel effortless.
I focus on making technology more human—ensuring AI assists rather than overwhelms. I also design for scalability, creating modular systems that grow with a product. My background in architectural design shapes how I think about structure, clarity, and flow.
At the core of my work, I blend functionality with creativity, crafting experiences that are not only efficient but also engaging and meaningful.

To stay at the forefront of design, I actively engage with the UX community by attending conferences, participating in design hackathons, and co-hosting UX workshops in San Francisco. This allows me to keep up with industry trends, learn from peers, and continuously challenge myself to think creatively.
What inspires me?
Beyond design, I find creativity in the little things. Painting and sketching help me refine my eye for detail. Reading about trailblazing women who break stereotypes keeps me inspired to push boundaries. And my love for brewing the perfect cup of coffee? ☕️ It’s my daily lesson in precision, patience, and experimentation—just like design.
Mindfulness is also a big part of my life. Whether it's through breathing techniques or simply stepping back to reflect, I’ve learned that a clear mind leads to better solutions. It helps me stay calm, adaptable, and open to collaboration—essential skills for any designer navigating complex problems.
So, that’s me—a designer, a researcher, a creative, and a lifelong learner. Always exploring, always iterating.
